Trying to decide if I should start group in January… (I was supposed to start in September but my classes conflicted)
Have any of you done it? Did you like it? Any thoughts?
Started restricting after breakfast, went hard at the gym tonight then I got a text from my mentor reminding me of our meeting wednesday and BOOM reality check. Restricting will only move me backwards and I’m not willing to throw away my progress that quickly. So I’m sending a big F YOU to ED and eating some chocolate almonds! Tomorrow’s a new day - a new day to make good choices.
